There are two fees required. The first is an application fee of 260€ (excluding VAT), which is fully refundable if your application is declined. The second is a processing fee of 75€ (excluding VAT), which is non-refundable. These fees will be held in an escrow account upon submitting your application form, ensuring the safekeeping of your payment until the HALO Committee has made its decision. The Committee will engage with your referees, conduct an initial background check, and announce its decision before proceeding. Your first interview with one of the highly trained Westminster High Committee of London representatives is an important step in getting to know you and your specific needs and wishes, as as well as ensuring an exquisite harmony with your future colleagues in the community. The interview can be conducted in person at our luxurious Chateau Club House or via video conference, and will provide an opportunity for further discussion of your application, as well as answering any questions you may have. Remember, the more we know about you, the better equipped we are to enhance your lifestyle as a member of the HALO Community. Rest assured that your privacy will be fully protected throughout the process.
The Westminster Royal Club’s Membership High Committee of London will carefully review your dossier after your first interview to determine if you are suitable for membership in the HALO Community under the strict light of its Conduct of Honor Doctrine. The Committee is committed to announcing its decision within 90 business days. Before your application is reviewed by the Westminster High Committee, you may be asked to provide additional documents such as identification and residence certificates, diplomas, personal attestations, credentials, shares deposit statements, and police records. We appreciate your cooperation in the thorough review process and we look forward to welcoming you as a valued member of the HALO Community.
